A restaurant on one of the most beautiful rooftops in Paris
The geometrical and pure environment required a design in line with the iron lady. This FUGU dome was chosen for its design, materials and shape, creating a clever mix of metal structures.
The facility will be a chic & ephemeral dining venue in place of the Michelin-starred Jules Verne restaurant throughout the 2019 -2020 winter season.
This assembly was a real technical challenge:
- Night assembly
- Unloading of more than 7 tons of material
- Transporting material by lift
- Lifting only with telescopic legs
